  • Melt 2 tablespoons of clarified butter (desi ghee) in a cooking pot.
  • Take one or two medium sized pieces of jaggery and break it down further into smaller pieces. Add this powder to the ghee. Wait for the jaggery to melt. Meanwhile, stir the mixture.
  • To this mixture, add 1/2 tablespoon of carom seeds (ajwain) and dried ginger powder (sonth) individually and mix well.
  • Add chopped 5-6 almonds to this mixture, mix it well, drink and voila! You’re all set to say goodbye to irregular periods.

All these ingredients are warm food items and they will definitely help your system work faster and therefore, make your periods regular.

Eat this mixture just one week before your expected due date to get the period. This remedy not only makes your periods regular but also is a very good treat to your mouth as well.
