- Take one or two medium sized pieces of jaggery and break it down further into smaller pieces. Add this powder to the ghee. Wait for the jaggery to melt. Meanwhile, stir the mixture.
- To this mixture, add 1/2 tablespoon of carom seeds (ajwain) and dried ginger powder (sonth) individually and mix well.
- Add chopped 5-6 almonds to this mixture, mix it well, drink and voila! You’re all set to say goodbye to irregular periods.
